Mug Dark Green is also known as Moomintroll. It was released in 1991 and the production was discontinued in 1996. In the mug we see Moomintroll looking for Snufkin to go fishing with. Camilla Moberg has recreated the images that are originally from Tove Jansson's comics #12 Moomin and the Sea, #4 Moomin's Desert Island and #16 Conscientious Moomin. "The professional skill of a pattern designer really shows best in the ability to arrange the artwork and find the colours that work for the piece. It was quite demanding to treasure the unique hand of Tove Jansson. Drawing the black lines on a see-through film with a felt-tip pen, trying to recreate the original artwork, required a ton of precision", Moberg remembers.
