This mug is known as Mug Yellow or Moominmamma. The mug was released in 1990, a little later than the first three mugs. The original images are from Tove Jansson's comic #18 Moomin and the Golden Tail as well as the novels Moominsummer Madness and Moominpappa at Sea. Production of this mug was discontinued in 1996. In the images we see Moominmamma busy with her household chores, as well as standing alone on the seashore. "I feel the light yellow and the blue mugs are more balanced than the comic strip mugs. I believe the consumers agreed with me, as the production of the comic strip mugs was discontinued after just a couple of years, and similar designs haven't been made since", says Tove Slotte.
