The Gift of Love oven dish was released in autumn 2026 as part of Moomin Arabia’s Gift of Love collection, which brings the Love mug’s 30th anniversary year to a close. The exceptionally extensive collection comprises 31 products, including ceramics and glassware as well as textiles, decorations and other home products. Alongside the familiar mugs, bowls and plates, the ceramic tableware includes a jar, a pie dish, a platter and this 2.5-litre oven dish. The main inspiration for the collection’s illustrations comes from Tove Jansson’s comic Moomin and the Golden Tail, in which Moomintroll’s golden tail tuft turns him into a celebrity and leads him to an elegant party. The designs also include elements from the comics Moomin’s Winter Follies and Moomin Begins a New Life. The Gift of Love collection is widely available online and from retailers from 1 October 2026. To celebrate the Love mug’s anniversary year, the collection replaced Moomin Arabia’s traditional winter collection in 2026.
