Pikkuruiset 12 millilitran mukit ovat minikokoisia toisintoja rakastetuista muumimukeista. Minimukista löydät Pikku Myyn. Minimukin kuvituksessa hän ihailee taivaalla loistavaa uutta, isoa tähteä – pyrstötähteä, joka osuu pian Muumilaaksoon. Näyttääkö jopa siltä, että hän nauttii tilanteesta? Mukin kuvitus perustuu Tove ja Lars Janssonin sarjakuvaan Muumipeikko ja pyrstötähti (1958). Tarinassa Muumilaakson väki on paennut kodeistaan huomattuaan Muumilaaksoa kohti syöksyvän komeetan. Pikku Myy, Niiskuneiti ja Muumipeikko lähtevät yhdessä selvittämään asiaa ja näkevätkin taivaalla aivan uuden loistavan tähden. Luonteelleen tavanomaisesti Pikku Myy heittäytyy huolettomasti niitylle makoilemaan ja ihailemaan tätä taivaalta lähestyvää komeettaa.
