Hagefest (2023)

Available on May 9th, 2023. The Garden Party Moomin plate is the summer season product for 2023. In addition to the plate, the set includes a mug. This year, the Moomins celebrate a warm summer day together with their friends, a rhinoceros and a tiger, who have escaped from the zoo. The Garden Party set concludes a series of six summer sets featuring the Moomins enjoying summer activities. The first part of the series, Going on Vacation, was released in 2018. The main illustration is taken from the comic strip Jungle Life, published in English as Garden Party in 1956. Its color scheme is partly similar to the earlier green-toned parts of the series, Going on Vacation and Relaxing. The illustration was made by Tove Slotte, who retired in 2022.
